Dennis is a third generation bay area native and has been helping California residents with insurance for 43+ years. He brings passion and relentless dedication to his clients and their families. Dennis lives and breathes insurance and it has paid off through peer recognition, many achievement awards, and the strong friendships made with his clients.

Shannon is a fourth generation bay area native; Very rare breed! She is the most honest and compassionate person we know.  Her contagious enthusiasm, passion for our clients, and diligent work ethic shines in everything she does.  Through her “customer service first” mentality, Shannon has built many strong friendships within our client base.

Born and raised in San Diego, Adam is meticulous with coverage needs and protection for his clients. He provides an efficient and patient approach when presenting coverage options to his customers.   He oversees office operations and is relentlessly committed to Collins Insurance - but also a family man who loves his wife and two daughters.

As a San Mateo native, Toni engages our local clients with enthusiasm and grace. Serving as our multi-tasking ninja, she can take premium payments, create a proposal, and process a certificate of insurance all at the same time.  She excels in both personal and commercial lines insurance with her detail-oriented and problem solving approach.

Ceci is the newest member of the team. She has a plethora of experience and knowledge when it comes to all things insurance and billing.  She is extremely customer focused and believes that compassion is the most important component to superior customer service.  She is the only Spanish speaking representative in our office.
